She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from UC Irvine, where she was named to the Dean's Honors List and received the Excellence in Research Award. Her work spans clinical research, emergency medicine, and biomedical science, with a focus on regulatory compliance and patient data management in clinical trial settings.
Pagliero has held concurrent research and clinical roles across UC Irvine and Lynch Ambulance, where she works as a National Registry Emergency Medical Technician. In her research capacity at UC Irvine's Department of Gastroenterology, she manages IRB- and HIPAA-compliant patient data and assists in trial eligibility assessment. She is also co-authoring a manuscript in the Department of Biological Sciences, where her data analysis examines the relationship between question design and student performance across approximately 750 exam records.
Pagliero has presented research on calcium handling during high-altitude acclimatization at the American Physiological Society's Physiology 2026 annual meeting. She is certified in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Human Subjects Research/IRB training and holds a National Registry EMT certification.
